huevos.<\/li><li>2 cebollas.<\/li><li>2 dientes de ajo.<\/li><li>perejil.<\/li><li>150 gr. de almendras.<\/li><li>1 cucharada de c\u00farcuma.<\/li><li>pimienta.<\/li><li>1 cucharada de jengibre.<\/li><li>1\/2 canela en rama.<\/li><li>1 cucharadita de canela.<\/li><li>1 cucharada sopera de az\u00facar glas.<\/li><li>1 cucharada de miel.<\/li><li>mantequilla pomada.<\/li><li>agua o caldo de verduras o caldo de pollo.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>PREPARACI\u00d3N<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Se sofr\u00ede el pollo, y se retira, desmenuz\u00e1ndolo cuando est\u00e9 fr\u00edo y reservar.<\/li><li>En el mismo aceite, pochar la cebolla y el ajo cortado en trozos peque\u00f1os, se a\u00f1aden las especias, la miel y el agua, y se deja a reducir el caldo.<\/li><li>A\u00f1adir el pollo reservado y los huevos batidos uno a uno, movi\u00e9ndolos lentamente.<\/li><li>Se trituran las almendras con el az\u00facar y un poquito de canela.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>MONTAJE DE LA PASTELA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ir colocando hasta 5 pastas filo en un molde de horno, peg\u00e1ndolas entre ellas con mantequilla derretida.<\/li><li>Colocar encima la mezcla del pollo y a continuaci\u00f3n las almendras trituradas.<\/li><li>Tapar con otras 5 \u00f3 6 capas de masa filo, redondeando los bordes.<\/li><li>Barnizar la \u00faltima capa de pasta filo con mantequilla para que quede dorada en el horno.<\/li><li>Meter al horno 30 min. 180 \u00baC hasta comprobar que est\u00e1 suficientemente dorado.<\/li><li>Cuando se enfr\u00ede se decora con az\u00facar glas y un poco de canela.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\"
