{"id":19,"date":"2022-06-07T18:45:30","date_gmt":"2022-06-07T16:45:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/emilioyascension.com\/cookbook1\/?p=19"},"modified":"2022-08-20T17:52:04","modified_gmt":"2022-08-20T15:52:04","slug":"pizza-saludable","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/emilioyascension.com\/cookbook1\/pizza-saludable\/","title":{"rendered":"Pizza Saludable"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>INGREDIENTES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>4 o 5 l\u00e1minas de pasta filo.<\/li><li>100 g de mozzarella rallada.<\/li><li>2 mozarella.<\/li><li>1 cebolla tierna.<\/li><li>80 g de tomate frito.<\/li><li>Un pu\u00f1ado de nueces.<\/li><li>Unas hojas de albahaca.<\/li><li>Or\u00e9gano seco.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Para los tomates confitados:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>12 tomates Cherry.<\/li><li>1 diente de ajo.<\/li><li>Un ramillete de tomillo y uno de romero.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PREPARACI\u00d3N<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Empezamos confitando los Cherry en una olla con un poco de aceite, tomillo, romero, guindilla y unos ajos chascados. Confitamos por unos 20 minutos.<\/li><li>Mientras estiramos la pasta filo encima de papel sulfurizado que colocamos en una bandeja de horno donde la introduciremos despu\u00e9s de pintarla con el aceite de confitar los Cherry y otros ingredientes.<\/li><li>Pintamos la pasta estirada y le a\u00f1adimos un poco de mozzarella rallada sin cargarla. Tapamos con otra capa de pasta filo y, de nuevo, espolvoreamos mozzarella rallada. Repetimos la operaci\u00f3n hasta 5 veces pero en la \u00faltima capa no a\u00f1adimos el queso.<\/li><li>Lo que s\u00ed incorporamos en esta capa es el tomate frito y unas rodajas de mozzarella fresca que habremos cortado al momento y que distribuiremos por toda la pizza.<\/li><li>A continuaci\u00f3n, cortamos en juliana la cebolla tierna y la repartimos tambi\u00e9n por la pizza.<\/li><li>Finalmente, incorporamos los Cherry confitados a los que habremos sacado la piel f\u00e1cilmente ya que se habr\u00e1 separado de la carne tras el confitado.<\/li><li>Horneamos a 220\u00ba C durante 12 minutos.<\/li><li>Acabamos la pizza con unas lonchas de jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico y unas hojas de albahaca fresca por encima.<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>INGREDIENTES 4 o 5 l\u00e1minas de pasta filo. 100 g de mozzarella rallada. 2 mozarella. 1 cebolla tierna. 80 g de tomate frito.
