{"id":26,"date":"2022-06-07T19:01:03","date_gmt":"2022-06-07T17:01:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/emilioyascension.com\/cookbook1\/?p=26"},"modified":"2022-08-20T17:52:22","modified_gmt":"2022-08-20T15:52:22","slug":"tabule-de-verduras","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/emilioyascension.com\/cookbook1\/tabule-de-verduras\/","title":{"rendered":"Tabul\u00e9 de verduras"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>INGREDIENTES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Para el cous cous:<\/strong><\/li><li>200 gr de cous cous<\/li><li>210 ml de caldo de verduras<\/li><li>2 granos de cardamomo, 5 g. de jenjibre<\/li><li>Media cucharada de c\u00farcuma y media de clavo<\/li><li>1\/4 de unidad de canela en rama<\/li><li>Para la vinagreta de verduras:<\/li><li>200 gr de pepino<\/li><li>1 cebolla peque\u00f1a<\/li><li>1 lim\u00f3n<\/li><li>Comino<\/li><li>Para el tabul\u00e9:<\/li><li>3 tomates maduros<\/li><li>1 manojo de perejil<\/li><li>20 ramas de hierbabuena<\/li><li>Aceite de oliva<\/li><li>Sal<\/li><li>Pimienta negra<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>PREPARACI\u00d3N<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Para el cous cous:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hervimos el caldo de verdura, cuando rompa a hervir a\u00f1adimos las especias. Infusionamos el caldo de verdura con las especias. 1 minuto. Colamos sobre el cous cous en un bol amplio ya que el cous cous crecer\u00e1. Dejamos reposar unos 5 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Para la vinagreta de verduras:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Cortamos el pepino y la cebolleta en brunoise. Hacemos una vinagreta con el aceite de oliva, el zumo de lim\u00f3n, el pepino y la cebolleta. Ponemos a punto de sal y pimienta.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Para el tabul\u00e9:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Hervimos agua en un cazo. Pelamos los tomates; para ello los escaldamos 30 segundos en agua hirviendo con una peque\u00f1a incisi\u00f3n en cruz en la parte inferior del tomate y los metemos en agua con hielo inmediatamente.<\/li><li>Quitamos la piel y las pepitas del tomate y cortamos en brunoise. Cortamos muy fino el perejil y la hierbabuena.<\/li><li>Mezclamos todo en un bol junto al cous cous y ali\u00f1amos con la vinagreta y el
