A\u00f1adimos dos cucharaditas de ras al hanout.<\/li><li>En una fuente amplia, estiramos el cusc\u00fas en crudo. Que quede bien finito porqu\u00e9 ayudar\u00e1 a cocer el grano.<\/li><li>Cortamos las verduras en daditos y las rehogamos en aceite de oliva.<\/li><li>Cuando el caldo est\u00e9 hirviendo, lo a\u00f1adimos en la bandeja que contiene el cusc\u00fas y removemos para que el grano absorba el caldo. Le a\u00f1adimos un chorrito de aceite de oliva y tapamos para que se termine de cocer.<\/li><li>En una sart\u00e9n, salteamos y tostamos los garbanzos que le dar\u00e1n el toque crunchy a la receta.<\/li><li>En la bandeja del cusc\u00fas, retiramos el papel o la tapa y desgranamos el cusc\u00fas con un tenedor para que quede suelto.<\/li><li>A\u00f1adimos las verduras ya cocinadas en el cusc\u00fas y removemos.<\/li><li>Toque opcional en vuestro caso, pod\u00e9is picar y agregar un poco de hierbabuena.<\/li><li>Servimos el cusc\u00fas y por encima le a\u00f1adimos los garbanzos crujientes.<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>INGREDIENTES 180 g de cusc\u00fas. 100 ml de caldo de verduras. 1 tomate. 1 berenjena peque\u00f1a. 1 calabac\u00edn peque\u00f1o. 1 zanahoria peque\u00f1a. 1 cebolleta. 50 g de jud\u00edas verdes redondas Bobby. \u00bd pimiento rojo. \u00bd pimiento amarillo. 10 g de ras al hanout. 80 ml de salsa de soja.
