Trituramos el aguacate junto con los pi\u00f1ones que no est\u00e1n tostados, la albahaca, el zumo de lim\u00f3n, el aceite de oliva y la sal.<\/li><li>Para hacer las salsa m\u00e1s l\u00edquida y liviana podemos a\u00f1adir un poco de agua.<\/li><li>Cortamos los tomates a la mitad. En una sart\u00e9n caliente marcaremos los tomates por el lado de la pulpa sin nada de grasa hasta que se dores e incluso que caramelicen<\/li><li>En un bol juntamos los espaguetis de calabac\u00edn con la salsa y los colocamos en un plato.<\/li><li>A\u00f1adimos los tomates cherry marcados a la plancha por encima y unas hojas de albahaca rotas con la mano.<\/li><li>A\u00f1adimos los pi\u00f1ones tostados previamente.
