Escurrir.<\/li><li>Cocer el huevo en agua hirviendo durante unos 8-10 minutos.<\/li><li>El salmorejo. Poner en el vaso del robot la remolacha cocida, el pan, la yema del huevo cocido, zumo de naranja y de lim\u00f3n, un poco de agua de la cocci\u00f3n de la remolacha, aceite, vinagre, sal, ajo morado. Triturar bien hasta obtener una crema bien fina.<\/li><li>Emplatar el salmorejo en un plato hondo. Rallar clara de huevo cocido alrededor del plato.
