{"id":895,"date":"2023-08-20T08:47:53","date_gmt":"2023-08-20T06:47:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/emilioyascension.com\/cookbook1\/?p=895"},"modified":"2024-01-03T08:27:39","modified_gmt":"2024-01-03T07:27:39","slug":"poke-de-atun-con-salsa-de-mayonesa-especial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/emilioyascension.com\/cookbook1\/poke-de-atun-con-salsa-de-mayonesa-especial\/","title":{"rendered":"POKE DE AT\u00daN CON SALSA DE MAYONESA ESPECIAL"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Para el At\u00fan<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>225&nbsp;g de&nbsp;at\u00fan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3&nbsp;cdas de&nbsp;salsa de soja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2&nbsp;cdas de&nbsp;aceite de s\u00e9samo tostado<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1&nbsp;cdta de&nbsp;mostaza<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1&nbsp;pizca de&nbsp;sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Para la Mayonesa Especial<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3&nbsp;cdas de&nbsp;mayonesa&nbsp;&#8211;&nbsp;preferiblemente casera (ver notas)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2&nbsp;cda de&nbsp;salsa de soja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1&nbsp;cdta de&nbsp;piment\u00f3n dulce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1&nbsp;cdta de&nbsp;salsa picante&nbsp;&#8211;&nbsp;como sriracha, gochuchang o tabaso, m\u00e1s o menos al gusto (opcional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Para Servir<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200&nbsp;g de&nbsp;arroz&nbsp;&#8211;&nbsp;de grano corto<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1&nbsp;aguacate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cebollino&nbsp;&#8211;&nbsp;picado (opcional)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Semillas de s\u00e9samo&nbsp;&#8211;&nbsp;preferiblemente negras (opcional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Instrucciones<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Si no tienes arroz hecho de otro d\u00eda, empieza cociendo el arroz. L\u00e1valo hasta que el agua salga transparente y cu\u00e9celo en la arrocera o en una olla con abundante agua.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mientras, prepara el resto de componentes del poke bowl. Empieza cortando el at\u00fan en cubitos de 1 cm. Transfi\u00e9relos a un bol y m\u00e9zclalos con la salsa de soja, aceite de s\u00e9samo tostado, la mostaza y una pizca de sal. Prueba y ajusta de sabor al gusto. Reserva.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un bol, mezcla la mayonesa con la salsa de soja, el piment\u00f3n y la salsa picante si la usas. Reserva.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Corta el aguacate a cubitos del mismo tama\u00f1o que el at\u00fan. Reserva.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si acabas de hacer el arroz, una vez el arroz est\u00e9 hecho, p\u00e1salo por agua fr\u00eda para parar la cocci\u00f3n y porqur no lo queremos usar caliente. Reserva.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Para emplatar, en un bol o plato hondo ponemos una base de arroz y por encima la mitad del aguacate y la mitad del at\u00fan. Terminamos con un poco de la mayonesa, el cebollino y las semillas de s\u00e9samo por encima.
